CODE OF ETHICS OF BULMER LTD

Trade and service of boats and engines

Bulmer Ltd. is the first private company established in Bulgaria as a representative for the sale and service of marine engines. Since its foundation in 1992, the company has consistently followed the core principles of professionalism, integrity, and honesty towards its employees and all partners — clients, suppliers, and public institutions.

We are fully aware of the responsibilities arising from our activities related to the sale of boats, yachts, spare parts, consumables, and the provision of high-quality services, which are essential for the safety of their users. Through these actions, we have earned trust and long-lasting partnerships over the years.

1. Purpose and Scope of the Code of Ethics

This Code represents a system of moral and ethical norms and rules that all managers, employees, and technical staff voluntarily commit to observe.

The Code educates and encourages all employees to maintain moral, honest, and fair relations in their daily work, as well as in partnerships with clients, suppliers, and public institutions.

The Code applies to all activities carried out by the company: deliveries, sales, service, warranty, and post-warranty support.

2. Fundamental Principles

Integrity, honesty, and transparency
We provide truthful and accurate information about the company’s activities, the characteristics of the products we offer, and the services we perform.

Responsibility towards the customer
We place the customer’s safety, security, and satisfaction as our top priority.

Professionalism
All activities are carried out responsibly. In service operations, we strictly follow manufacturer requirements and technical standards.

Occupational health and safety
Bulmer Ltd. declares its strong commitment to ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for all employees and for all external persons present on the company’s premises.

The occupational health and safety policy is a core element of the overall company strategy and is applied in all activities — commercial, service, technical, and administrative.

Environmental protection
We operate in compliance with environmental requirements, minimizing spills, waste, and pollution.

Legality and accountability
We comply with Bulgarian and European legislation and maintain the required records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3. Rules of Conduct

In performing their duties, employees shall comply with the following rules:

Compliance with legislation and internal regulations

Employees must fully comply with the labor legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as all internal rules, instructions, and procedures related to labor relations at Bulmer Ltd.

Respect and protection of fundamental human values

Employees must respect and protect universal and indivisible human values — human dignity, freedom, equality, and solidarity.

Equal treatment and non-discrimination

All professional duties shall be performed without restrictions of rights or privileges based on race, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, citizenship, origin, religion or belief, education, convictions, political affiliation, social or property status, disability, age, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other characteristics.

Loyalty to the company

During the work process, all employees of Bulmer Ltd. shall act solely in the interest of the company and protect its reputation.

Prevention of actions harmful to the company

Employees must not make decisions or undertake actions that could damage the good name, trust, or reputation of Bulmer Ltd.

4. Ethical Relations with Clients and Suppliers

Honesty and transparency

Employees of Bulmer Ltd. are obliged to provide clients with truthful, accurate, and unambiguous information. Misleading communication or concealment of essential facts is not permitted.

Respect, equality, and fair treatment

Ethical standards are applied equally to all clients and suppliers, without special privileges or restrictions.

Confidentiality

Employees are required to protect the confidentiality of information provided by clients and suppliers. Such information must not be shared or used for personal purposes or to the detriment of the company.

Loyal and fair relationships

Relationships with business partners are based on honesty, integrity, and mutual respect. Conflicts of interest, unfair practices, or pressure on any party are not permitted.

Professional communication
